Material

First of all, we use food-grade silicone material, which is non-toxic and harmless. The silicone beads made to be durable, soft, and are very comfortable for baby gums during teething. Before the color mixing of the silicone raw material, we will have a full quality check for the raw material.

Mould

We need the mould to shape the silicone beads wholesale. The mould for silicone beads are usually made of stainless steel. We have the CNC machines to make the moulds, also we have our design teams, which means, all the production, from products designs, mould making, productions, to packaging, will be completed only in our company, that means no one will steal your patent design, we can sign an NNN agreement before cooperation.

Production

The production is simple, but we need to keep clean in the production line. Put the silicone raw material in the mold, it takes about 3 minutes to shape the product through high temperature and high pressure. Then open the mold to take out the silicone teething beads and cool down.

We will have the 2nd full quality checking for the silicone teething beads, and keep them in stock in our warehouse. And we would have the 3rd full quality checking before we pack the teething silicone beads and send them to our customers.

Custom colors are available, if you want to do custom colors, you would need to provide Pantone C color codes, we will mix the colors according to the color codes.
